Care Team

The Care Team is a group of volunteers working together in a coordinated way, each doing what they love to do in the time they have to do it, to meet expressed needs. When a need for help is identified, after consulting with the care receiver, a confidential care team is created by a team leader. A caregiver might cook a meal or drive someone to a medical appointment, doing what they can when they can to offer friendship and support.
