Whether you’re new to St. Peter’s or a long-standing member, one of the best ways to get to know others in our church is through Foyer Groups.

Foyer Groups are small social groups that gather regularly for a meal, fellowship and fun.  The purpose is to enjoy one another’s company, to get to know each other better, and to strengthen our church community.  This will be particularly important this year, as the on-going construction may limit our ability to gather together for fellowship outside of Sunday services.

After an initial sign-up period, each family or individual will be assigned to a group of approximately 8-12 people.  A volunteer from each group will host the first meeting in mid to late February.  The groups will meet every 4-5 weeks and then take a break over the summer.  At the first meeting, each group can decide what they would like to do for future gatherings (potluck meals, gather at a restaurant, host a mystery party, a bowling night, a book discussion, a wine/beer tasting, attend a sports event or a performance – whatever the group wants to do for fun).

We will begin assigning people to groups on February 15, 2013, so register today.

Click here to electronically sign up or use the sign-up sheet near the church entrance (probably in the narthex, but subject to relocation due to construction).]

Any questions?  Please contact Karen Mason or Doug Bream.
