Annual Campaign
Everything begins with God’s generosity: the gift of life, the grace of Christ, the mercy that meets us, and the community that holds us. Our Annual Campaign is one of the ways we respond to that generosity with gratitude, trust, and love.
This year’s theme, “We Walk by Faith”, invites us to walk together with a renewed commitment to our common life and shared mission.
For we walk by faith, and not by sight. 2 Corinthians 5:7
These words by the Apostle Paul call us into the heart of Christian life: a journey trusting in God’s promises, in the love of Christ, and in the Spirit’s unfolding work among us. At Saint Peter’s, we walk this path of faith together. Each week we gather in worship, service, prayer, and joyful celebration trusting the One who holds the future.
As we pray about our life together at Saint Peter’s, we give thanks for all that God is doing in and through this parish: worship that grounds us, friendships that sustain us, ministries that deepen our faith, and acts of service that carry Christ’s love into the world.
Your pledge is one way of responding to that grace. It is an act of discipleship and a practical expression of belonging to this community.
What generosity makes possible
“We came looking for a church where our children could be known, not managed. On our first visit, Margaret met us with warmth and told us Cecilia’s class would include a teacher who understood autism and believed every child should feel safe and welcome. We saw boys singing in the choir, and Grant could imagine himself there. We saw neighbors and knew we had found the church we were hoping for.
We stayed because here our family found belonging, friendship, and ways to serve.
We to give our time, talents, and treasure to Saint Peter’s because we value giving and receiving support from so many friends in this community, and we also believe in offering support to our community.”
—Maureen Harris raised her two children here at St. Peter’s and currently sings in the choir and serves as a worship leader. She and her husband Jay have been members for 16 years
Why we pledge
A pledge is your intention to support Saint Peter’s in the coming year. It helps the parish plan faithfully for worship, formation, pastoral care, fellowship, and outreach.
More than that, a pledge is a spiritual practice. It is one of the tangible ways we move from gratitude to response, from receiving God’s gifts to returning a portion of them for the sake of Christ’s work in the world.
All gifts,
large or small,
are received with gratitude.
There is more than one next step
Make a first pledge
A first pledge is a meaningful act of trust and thanksgiving. It is a way of saying yes to the life and ministry of Saint Peter’s and yes to the generous God who meets us here.
Renew your pledge
Renewing a pledge is a way of continuing to support the worship, care, and mission that have shaped your own life and the life of this parish.
Grow in generosity
As generosity matures, the question begins to shift to “What is God asking of me?” We invite you to consider prayerfully what percentage of your income you are called to invest in God’s work through Saint Peter’s in this season of life.

Whether you are making your first pledge, renewing your commitment, or growing in generosity, your participation matters.

Strengthen our outreach partnerships and serve neighbors with compassion.
A gentle word about giving
Only you and God can determine what generosity looks like in your life. We invite you to give prayerfully, honestly, and joyfully.
For some, this may mean making a first pledge. For others, it may mean renewing a commitment or discerning a new percentage of giving as an expression of spiritual growth.
Whatever your circumstance, your participation matters. Giving is not about comparison or pressure. It is about responding to God’s grace and taking part in the shared life and ministry of Saint Peter’s.
Make generosity a habit
Faith grows through practice, and generosity does too.
For many people, recurring giving is a helpful way to make generosity part of everyday discipleship. It allows a single response to become a steady habit of gratitude and trust, and it sustains the ministry of Saint Peter’s throughout the year.

A word from Clive and Andrew
We give because God has first given to us.
A pledge is not just about dollars and cents. It’s a spiritual act, a tangible sign of faith that God will continue to do good works at Saint Peter’s through your support. We know that every household walks a different financial journey. Every gift is a witness to your faith and your love for this community.
