You do not have to carry it alone.

Whatever is on your heart — illness, grief, anxiety, loss, gratitude, or hope — we would be honored to pray with you and for you. You do not need to be a member of Saint Peter’s to submit a prayer request. Anyone in the Arlington community or beyond is welcome to reach out.

Share only what feels comfortable.

Prayer does not require perfect words. A few sentences are enough.

When you submit a prayer request online, you may choose how it is shared:

  • Private prayer — your request is shared only with our clergy and designated pastoral caregivers.

  • Parish prayer list — your request is shared with the Saint Peter’s community so others can pray with you.

Every request — however short, however uncertain — is received with care, compassion, and confidentiality.

You’ll be taken to our secure prayer request form.

If you need immediate pastoral support, please call the church office at 703-536-6606. If this is a medical emergency, call 911.

Carrying grief?

If you have lost someone — recently or long ago — prayer is one way to begin. Our pastoral care team is also available to listen, and each November we gather as a community for a candlelight Service of Remembrance open to anyone who is grieving. You are welcome here.
