Music
Sometimes it rises easily—joy, gratitude, something like praise. Sometimes it comes more quietly—longing, questions, a prayer you do not quite have words for yet.
At Saint Peter’s, music is one of the ways we learn to listen for God together.
Music in Worship
Each week, music helps carry our prayers—when words feel too small, or when we need help finding them. It gives shape to what is stirring in us, and holds what we cannot yet say.
Our worship draws from a wide and living tradition, from ancient hymns to contemporary compositions—songs sung across generations, and new ones still being written.
You do not need to know the music.
You do not need to sing perfectly.
You do not need to have it all figured out.
Just come, and let yourself be carried—held in a song larger than any one voice, and shared among us all.
Join the Music
More than 60 musicians help lead worship at Saint Peter’s—offering their voices, their instruments, and their joy, week after week, as a gift to the whole community.
Some have sung for years; others are just beginning to find their voice. Together, they form a community that listens, learns, and grows—supporting one another as they offer their music in prayer.
Whether you’ve sung for years or are just beginning, there is a place for you here.
Concerts & Community Music
Beyond worship, music at Saint Peter’s continues throughout the year in concerts and community gatherings.
From seasonal performances to our annual Messiah sing-along, these events often feature the gifts of local musicians and invite the wider community to share in the joy of making music together.
Our Circle of Friends concert series offers several performances each year, creating space for connection, listening, and celebration.
