Begin in Grace.
Whether you are seeking baptism for your child or exploring baptism for yourself, we would be honored to walk with you. In baptism, we celebrate the love of God already at work, and welcome you into a community called together by Christ, transformed by God’s grace, and sent out to serve.
What Is Baptism?
Baptism is a sacrament of welcoming and transformation. In baptism, we are welcomed into the family of God and marked as Christ’s own forever. It is an outward and visible sign of the inward grace we receive — a beginning in the life of faith.
At Saint Peter’s, baptism is celebrated during worship, surrounded by the prayers and presence of the congregation, and rooted in scripture and tradition.
